I’m sorry

I’m sorry you’re having a tough time. I’m sorry I can’t be with you right now to support you through it. When stressful things happen one at a time they can be difficult to manage. When they happen in a cluster i know it can feel overwhelming.

i want to hold you tight and tell you it will be ok. I want to calm your fears. If you needed to yell, or to cry, I’d welcome you to do so Just so you’d get it off your chest. I want to go with you tomorrow so you won’t feel scared or alone.

Your head may argue, but know in your heart I love you.

Breathe dear one, breathe. Find a moment and quiet your mind. Reflect on love, focus on joy. Breathe.
